How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Express delivery (2–3 days) is available at checkout for select pincodes. All orders are shipped via insured courier, and tracking details are sent to your registered email within 24 hours of dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to over 40 countries. International delivery takes 10–14 business days. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and vary by country. Please contact us if you need guidance on international shipping costs.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in original condition, unworn, and in original packaging. Email orders@injoyliving.in with your order number. We offer a full refund or exchange. Customised items are not eligible unless defective.
Are slight variations in handmade pieces normal?
Absolutely — and we consider this a feature, not a flaw. Every piece is made by human hands, and slight variations in stitch, pattern, colour tone, or texture are the natural signatures of authentic handcraft. These variations are what distinguish a handmade piece from a factory-produced one.
Do you offer gift wrapping or custom messages?
Yes! At checkout, you can add a handwritten gift message at no extra charge. We also offer premium gift packaging — a recycled kraft box, tissue wrap, ribbon, and wax seal — for ₹149. Select this option at checkout. Perfect for weddings, housewarmings, and festivals.
Can I visit the atelier in person?
Yes! Our atelier in Lodhi Colony, New Delhi is open Monday–Friday 10am–7pm and Saturday 11am–6pm. You can see and touch the pieces, meet our team, and learn about the artisans behind the collection. No appointment necessary.
Do you do wholesale or corporate gifting?
We offer wholesale pricing for retailers and bulk orders (minimum 12 units per item) for corporate gifting. We can also arrange custom branding on packaging and pieces for corporate orders above ₹50,000. Contact info@injoyliving.in with "Wholesale" or "Corporate Gifting" in the subject line.
