Process
- To initiate a return, please email us at info@injoyliving.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions.
- Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
- All original packaging and tags must be included.
- We cannot accept returns on final sale or custom-made items.
